WHO IS PINGE

At PINGE, you buy trustworthy perfume atomizers & perfume bottles

Our Origin
PINGE emerged in 2008 to solve a paradox: the mass consumption of perfume packaging in a resource-limited world.

Our Name
PINGE is derived from the Chinese “Pǐn Gé” (品格), meaning “Quality”. For us, this means integrity in action: it defines the excellence of our products, the quality they bring to life, and our stewardship of the planet.

Our Action
We engineer respect for the planet into every product, from the primary bottle to the final package.

HOW PINGE CONTROL QUALITY

From design to delivery, PINGE will implement the highest quality control standards

1.5 meter

Drop Test

Simulates that the perfume nozzle may be hit by a drop during use. After three 1.5-meter drops, it does not disintegrate or break.

50,000 times

Anti-fatigue Test

Simulates the use of a professional press machine to press the spray head 50,000 times to ensure product life and durability.

0.05MP

8-minute vacuum test

Simulates that the perfume atomizer has no leakage under high pressure (-0.05), high temperature (+70°), and low temperature (-30°).

810 tape

printing adhesion test

Stick the 810 tape to the perfume bottle and pull the tape quickly 5 times at a 45° angle to ensure that there is no gap or break in the LOGO.

QB/T 1858-2004

Temperature resistance test

Based on the test data, analyze whether the pressure-bearing capacity and sealing performance of the perfume bottle meet the requirements.

-30°C/70°C

Temperature resistance test

Evaluate the performance changes of the samples before and after the test, such as whether the appearance is deformed, cracked, or faded.

85°

Glossiness test

Use a professional gloss meter to test the gloss and surface texture of the product surface. Take the average value after multiple measurements.

ISO/CEN

Tightness test

The professional pressure sensor is used to apply pressure to the bottle cap and observe its sealing performance under a certain pressure.
